Announcing the release of a new book, Ray of Light:A Little Girl’s Journey. This story attempts to trace the journey and hardships that some immigrants face when they are forced from the home that they know and love. This is a tale about about three sisters from the Middle East. They are attending school for the first time in their lives when they arrive in the United States. It is a difficult beginning for the three girls. The only language that they know is Arabic. Their adjustment to American culture is complicated even more so because they all have special needs.
